Very nice shot, love the detail of the spider. These things are so common, yet they always freak me out. Few other spiders I mind so much, but these spindly things tweak me out.

I know this subject well. The humble cellar spider. :-) I have tried taking pictures of them also, but this level of detail... oh, how I need something more than a point-n-shoot.
I see you have a 40D. What kind of lens did you use? What was your technique?

It's written in the info - 2 extension tubes and an EF 50/1.8 II - the cheapest Canon EF lens :)
