Though there are no words enough to explain my antipathy to insects, this is the first time i actually find it beautiful (BTW what is it). Extreme details and u ve picked right timing cs lights hit it perfectly, Is it luck or u waited for that thing to crawl to the certain spot? As far as im concerned shooting bugs is quite tough thing to do, its not like "saw a bug, Shot a bug", u gotta wait till it gets in certain position so that lights hit it perfectly. BTW did you sign a contract with blood when Devil gave you that camera ???
Haha, thank you, dude There's no contract, this is just a butterfly. The light is mainly from the flash I just spoted it and started to shoot. It was frost bitten (early in the morning) so couldn't move a lot
Wow, you really have skill. I really like it. The fuzziness reminded me of some of the moths we have around here. I have a Nikon and I have no idea what is the best Macro lens to go with that I could afford. And your most welcome. You most definitely have a lot of talent.
Thank you. I would recommend you the 105 Nikkor macro. If you can't afford it, you can start with a 50mm prime plus some extension tubes, as I did a couple of years ago But the more important is the light - if you don't have a flashgun, use the built-in flash with some home made diffuser. It works just great
